When scheduling a service appointment with LeakInspect.ca, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and the issues you are experiencing. You also agree to provide reasonable access to the areas of concern for our technicians to perform the necessary inspections.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge a fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the inspection unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, e-transfers, checks, and direct deposits. Detailed payment terms will be provided before service is rendered.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy in our leak detection services, LeakInspect.ca cannot guarantee that all leaks will be detected in every situation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from undetected leaks or other issues.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected during the course of our services will be used only for the purpose of providing those services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
